Before writing a long article and only telling you the answer at the end, I shall do the opposite.  I am going to tell you the answer first and then tell you why I have come to this conclusion.

Is Fat Loss 4 Idiots a scam? No it is definitely not a scam.

In my line of journalism, I review diets, health and beauty products.  As you can imagine, there are new diets popping up online weekly, and I can honestly say that 80 % of them are either scams, without any sort of research behind them, or fad diets which advocate ridiculously low amounts of calories.  So when I come across a diet, or eating plan which is scientifically based, well researched and recommends eating four meals a day, I research further.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a success because it has a unique concept which actually works.  To explain to you why I know this works, I shall first explain why many of the diets I review do not work in the long run.  I shall not waste time explaining why the starvation ‘fad’ diets do not work, suffice to say that fad diets like the ‘Cabbage Soup” diet, allow you so few calories, that as soon as you stop the diet, your weight will shoot up again so quickly.

Other diets or seemingly good eating plans, are still based on the concept that you have to burn more calories each day than you lose.  Even though you may be eating healthily, your metabolism will ‘sense’ that your body has to cope with few calories, and it will adapt immediately and work very slowly, hardly burning calories.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is not a scam.  In fact for the small amount that the book costs, it seems to be changing people’s lives.  It is different to any diet that most people have been on.  It promotes proper eating habits and allows not only four meals a day but also healthy snacks, yet while doing this something special is happening in your body.  When you follow the rules which are carefully explained in the book, it teaches you how to ‘shift calories’ by eating more at one meal, less at another, and also eating different ‘types’ of calories.

From the scientific evidence, and all of the positive testimonials to Fat Loss 4 Idiots, this is a well researched, healthy diet which is changing lives.

So as I said at the beginning, is Fat Loss 4 Idiots a scam? I would say a definite no, and I would highly recommend this diet to my readers.
