Insomnia – it happens to us all in our lifetime, and to most of us we don’t take the term too seriously. For some, it can totally destroy the quality of our lives, and to others like the famous and talented Heath Ledger, trying to cope with insomnia killed him prematurely, as he reached for more and more prescribed medications while not able to sleep.
With too many of these dangerous drugs, he fell asleep – forever. The tragedy of Michael Jackson’s death has hit us all very hard. No one knew, except perhaps Michael Jackson’s doctor how Jackson was struggling to sleep.
