What is the best way to lose fat? To actually burn fat one has to do specific exercises. The exercises will be pointless if a healthy diet is not followed. (See the end of the article for the best fat loss diet suggestion)
To burn fat, one needs to do physical activity, to get the heart rate working fast (cardio) and to also speed up the metabolism. A diet which promotes keeping the metabolism working fast is suggested, so one needs to find a diet which allows you to eat quite a few times per day, therefore never giving the metabolism a chance to slow down.

Jogging is a great way to burn fat and lose weight. You can be any age to start jogging.
