Burn Fat With These Top Exercises

What is the best way to lose fat?  To actually burn fat one has to do specific exercises.  The exercises will be pointless if a healthy diet is not followed.  (See the end of the article for the best fat loss diet suggestion)

To burn fat, one needs to do physical activity, to get the heart rate working fast (cardio) and to also speed up the metabolism.  A diet which promotes keeping the metabolism working fast is suggested, so one needs to find a diet which allows you to eat quite a few times per day, therefore never giving the metabolism a chance to slow down.

Once you are eating healthily, with your metabolism working efficiently,

it is time to start your cardio and start burning fat (aerobic exercises burn fat an speed up the metabolism) :

  • If you can get to a gym, use the following equipment:- elliptical , bike, treadmill or rowing machines.  You do not have to buy expensive equipment as all gyms have them. There are always gym instructors on hand to show you how to use the equipment.
  • If you prefer not to go to a gym, do your own cardio exercises by

swimming lengths, running, jogging or rowing.

  • Stand in your living room and do froggy jumps. Put your hands behind your head, bend your knees and jump as high as you can.
  • Put music on and dance and jump non stop for 30 minutes at least.
  • Run on the spot for 30 minutes

Other fat burning exercises are :

  • Build up your muscles by lifting light weights.  The more muscles you have the more fat will be burned off.
  • You can double the number of fat and calories burned by doing these fat burning explosive exercises – jump squats, zig zag lateral jumps, star jumps, push ups, ladder drills,
  • Full body fat burning exercises are : plank rotations, burpees, bear crawls, push ups and deck squats.
  • Outdoor fun fat burning exercises are, running with your children, rowing on a lake while on holiday, rock climb, surf or ride bikes.

Have fun while you burn that fat! Start at a slow pace and you will be amazed at your abilities.  It may be hard when you start, but gradually as you lose weight and fat, you will feel fitter and stronger and you will be able to do the above exercises for a bit longer each day!

Very interesting combinations of exercises. Sometimes simple training with froggy jumps is enough to speed up the metabolism in the beginning of your fitness life.
